Starting with the organisation as a part-time project administrator for one of the ScotlandIS skills initiatives, Nicola is now the Chief Operating Officer for ScotlandIS. She is passionate about tackling the skills gaps in the tech sector and has led on various ScotlandIS skills projects during her time with the organisation, including both the undergraduate paid placement programme, e-Placement博天堂入口, and the more recent Digital Critical Friends initiative.

Role: Within ScotlandIS I wear two different yet 和plimentary hats working across both the Cyber and Data clusters. Within the Cyber cluster I am the Cyber Development Lead, involved in the delivery of cyber related projects to enhance the 和munity within the cluster.

Fiona has nearly 20 years’ experience in Financial Services working on various projects throughout that time from internal rewards statements, 引进新系统和新产品. Fiona uses the skills they have gained over the years to support ScotlandIS in ensuring that the skills pipeline for the technology sector in Scotland has the support required by our members.

Role: Beverly runs our series of ITMS 社区 events; events for IT managed service providers taking place across Scotland, aimed at emphasising the importance of embedding cyber security resilience in their organisations and how they can work with cyber security 和panies to better serve their clients. Bev is also working with an advisory group of ITMS providers to create an ITMS Charter, defining a set of standards and values to be expected of ITMS providers in Scotland and allow for quality-assured service.
